Who needs a WoW guide? Isn’t part of the fun figuring out what to do without being told?
Well, if by ‘figuring out,’ if you mean ‘floundering,’ then no.
If you’re a brand new WoW player who’s smart, you’ll want to level up as quickly as possible so that you can join a guild, raid, and do fun stuff with friends as soon as you can.
Or maybe you’re an experienced player who wants to get gold as quickly as possible so you can pay the 5,000g for your epic riding skill and get that cool Nether Drake mount.
In either case, getting a good WoW guide makes a lot of sense. After all, you’ll still be doing quests, but you’ll do them more efficiently. If there are multiple quests in the same area, it makes sense to do them at the same time, for instance.
There are some WoW guide websites out there that give a lot of good information for free. But keep in mind that keeping the site up-to-date probably isn’t on the top of the webmaster’s list if he isn’t getting any compensation to do it. You also get what you pay for.
